I dont get it.

The last bit of proceedings were this morning, and the judges had their judgment ready within the same session? How does that happen, unless you had the judgment ready for days?

Arent judges supposed to listen to all arguments till the end, before deliberating and coming to a decision? Very odd.

Brother the judges have acted like a pregnant woman all this case , they have taunted the attorneys of both sides. They have mocked themselves by being unprofessional in the apex court over the course of the case with so many remarks which in any civilized worlds court would be deemed unfit. These judges can not stay a day in court in a country where justice is taken seriously , all these four months seemed like a big emotional drama where everyone was being unprofessional.

I am also wondering the same thing. "Faisla Mehfooz kar liya" ... What does that mean actually ?? Like, they write it somewhere already before rebuttal may be...

I guess Judges keep writing their comments in their diaries while case proceedings, however, conclusion they write down on last day of hearing. As in the movie Jolly LLB the judge said that "meray ko pehlay din hee case ka pata chal jata.. main evidence ka intezaar karta rahta hon aur evidence ata nahi hai"

They were in a fix how to exonerate NS.

This CJ other steps are also a wish wash to create certain impression that he has gone very righteous now.
