I liked your opinion. I have reservations about Shami anyway, since I have been watching his political viewpoint since 1968. He has moved 360 degree in recent years which is not "development" but complete "shift".

it is not so simple. Infact Shami was trying to say indirectly that current DG ISI is not even in control of Army chief. Shami did not put blame on army chief for any thing. And we know that army chief is boss of DG ISI.

Strange how you involved PM in it? it is about what Shami said and last time when I checked Shami was not PM of Pakistan and as a citizen he has a valid suggestion.
