And when agencies arrest them, court lets them go on lack of evidence.

So what's the alternatives? Kill the bas tards. No expensive and useless trials needed.

dialogue sey bhi more important is PROSECUTIONs. But for that you have to revise laws, strengthen courts, revise laws of evidence, and most important, WITNESS. Since people do not want to witness, the witness should be replaced with polygraph tests performed by professionals. Why bother with witnesses when an accused voluntarily admits his terror acts?

But proper amendments to the constitutions have to be passed and more research has to be done in this matter.

When FLQ, a separatist movement, wanted Quebce to FREE from Canada in 1974, the Canadian govt arrested and prosecuted them. Now the 'vive la libre du Quebec' slogan is buried long ago.
