She does not have any idea what she is talking about.... What if they were not gentlemen... let us assume for a moment that they were criminals, it means that they deserve a death like this... I do not know what is she trying to justify...

Firdous Awan did not say that what happened to Butt brothers was justified. This act was even condemned by Bilal's wife and mother also. Bilal is the person who was allegedly killed by Butt brothers. I condemn how the people killed them. BUT.......................Firdous Awan is 100% correct on the story. I have confirmed this with three different people of that village. One of the class fellow of younger Butt also confirmed that he used to bring pistol in school and everyone was afraid of him.
Sir with all due respect, as I said before they might be criminals, BUT this is not the way to punish someone... There is a law of land... Police must have arrested the brothers and should have presented them in court after registering a case....
A fair investigation can reveal the facts. There is no evidence of BUT brother's crime yet. Whenever they have evidence, they can proceed against their dead bodies. .. but the other crime has seen by the whole world. This is the Govt's responsibility to penalize the culprits... Inspite of barking on media they should better fulfill their duty...

Yes ... Stuff is not that simple as it looks or as media pretends .. My one friend also told me the same thing that whole village are fed up from them. Allah Knows Best

You have raised good question but the people of the village Buttar insist that they have been robbed by these guys in the past. I have personally confirmed this story from independent sources and I assure you Firdous Awan is right. Trust me, I still condemn what happened to those guys. But did you notice, their mother was interviewed by many channels and there are no tears in her eyes. I think she knew what were they up to. On the other hand mother and wife of Bilal (who was murdered that morning) can not stop weaping.

Remember, Shahbaz Shareef has authorized many extra judicial killings through Zulfiqar Cheema and Waqar Chouhan before but this time the things did not go right and he was forced to change his policy. We saw Mr.Cheema(best police man of Pakistan) sent to be DIG welfare.

I think Miss Awan needs to stay quite until supreme court makes a decision. Even If they were culprits, who the hell give punishment like this. I hope SC will make an example out of this, so this never ever happens again in Pakistan. Even If they have to hang a few people over it.

Don't forget that Police Involvement in this cruel act is very much visible and also policemen didn't of not discharge their duties fully to save their lives. Remember such discoveries (mentioned above) are very common whenever, and wherever such incidents (like police encounters) happen to keep the policemen at safe side. Right now police is try to protect their follow colleagues and this is being stated.
Given the above statement published today about this discovery, my question is:
a) Who discover all these things, I mean the things which were recovered from these boys, Police or People at 1122 station?
If people at 1122 had recovered these thing, they must not had hand over these two boys to the public. Just saying that we had been calling the police for 40 min and then we hand over them to the public*. Absolutely, rubbish. Their death can be directly blamed to the 1122 people then;
If police recovered these things, it simply means that police had have the custody of these boys. How could possibly police can hand over these boys to the people who kill them. It means that police has deliberately handed over these boys to the killers. Even I could heard that one police man shouted to kill them, a clear indication the involvement of police in this heinous crime. Interestingly, police can violently use batons, rubber bullets and tear shells to disperse the crowed protesting against the load shedding, but they did nothing to save two human lives even they were equipped with automatic weapons.
b)17 National ID cards, 3 Number Plates and hundreds of live rounds
Whose National ID cards are those? If I assume, that they were criminals and they snatched upon or louted people. I would be surprised if no one would have recognized them? 3 number plates .... of what? and hundreds of live rounds (bullets, I assume), then where is the weapon(s) as nothing has been stated in the published information about recovering any weapon. Only live rounds were recovered from them and no weapon, what a joke, what they would have been doing with the bullets without any weapon to use them?
If they were criminal (stated also in the published news today), they would have been able to use the weapon to protect them selves because it's human psychology and psychology of criminals to shot whoever comes in front of them to protect himself. But in this case they could do simply nothing, .... wow so interesting to know.
After reading this statement, I would simply say that this case is going to be seen as a usual case and lots of politics is going to be played. These politicians are simply so mean. The world's press has given importance to this case which has severely damaged Pakistan's repute which is already struggling.
*Public: I think using the word, PUBLIC, is not correct because what we can see in the video only few young men are beating them to death.

Very logical arguments. I agree with you. Police has reputation of doing this. I have a question about discoveries.
Did any of 17 ID cards holder or 3 Car Number plates holder made police complain against Butt brothers?
