They won't train every citizen of India ....... It Seems that they will only train RSS or Nationalist Hindu Organizations

and they will exclude Muslims out in the pretext that Army will select people on the basis of integrity and loyalty with India so the Naxalists , Muslims and others will be out

India Army is already 98% Hindu under such a pretext

at least give india credit for making non hindus army chief.
and not many hindus are rss or bjp or narendra modi , most of us are secular but too much terrorist attacks from pakistan gives narendra modi types opportunity to grab power .

Impossible to implement the Bill or it will be counter productive and perhaps only the Criminal elements will try hard to take such training not civilians..
