Bizarre turn of events

I am still trying to make sense of these events, after Panama leaks:

1) Jandal visits from India and PM knowingly met him (He is not that stupid and would know that this will blow up against him)
2) ISI agent surrenders to Indian authorities and claims he wants to defect.
3) Dawn leaks (Army responds that they reject the notification)

There has to be some bigger story there, which will probably open up in next few days. But these are all very bizarre coincidences, to say the least.

Either they played well or are caught is yet to be seen. It could very well be a smoke flare to divert the attention from Panama. They are feeding new stories, so Panama can get back seat. NS and his daughter tried that earlier as well, with blowing out of the propotion peteecher comment. But we all know Panama is not going to die down till Khan is fighting.
