In the heart of the City of Karachi few kilometers away from Jinnah international Airport and Jauhar Chowrangi, the PPP government illegally declared KDA Scheme 36 Block-11 of Gulistan-e-Jauhar as GOTH under notorious Goth Abad Scheme to convert Karachi vote bank in the favour of PPP. Majority of the Plots belong to Non-Resident Pakistanis and since they live abroad they are the easy target for this.
Despite the Orders of Sindh High court to Demolish Illegal encroachment on the Non-Resident Pakistanis plots in the heart of Karachi Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block-11.
There is a pending execution of the demolishment of the complete Zikri goth and Bingo Gabool goth on KDA Land currently valued 14 billions Rupees by rough estimates. Last year when law enforcement and anti-encroachment cell of KDA visited to comply Court orders the land grabbers attacked them.
There are many complaints in the Prime minster Citizen Portal for Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 10 and 11 by overseas Pakistanis but no one took any action.
