I don't think they should participate because:

1) Just 4 months would left in Assemblies. Why wasting money?

2) PTI can't win in the presence of Patwaries and Thanay Daars under PPP and PMLN.

And

3) If PTI couldn't win any seat of 18 due to any reason, it would damage its popularity and image for the next whole elections. So why Gamble?

PTI will not take part in these bye elections because
these elections are of no use; these elected MNAs or MPAs
will hold their seats for three months only.General elections
are due after 15th Feb'2013 according to the constitution.

It will be a useless activity.
