The thing is the change is very slow and concentrated to the capital only. Poor performance overall by KPK govt but if we compare it to the other provinces its a lot better. Still PTI has failed to achieved much in the first 4 years and don't think much will be achieved in the last year.

Not KPK , only peshawer.

I can not magnify this point enough that all the efforts are concentrated in peshawer and the rest of the kp is on ignore list. This is not the change i wanted.

KPK is getting the fruit.

It took time to get to this point.

PTI did the appropriate legislation after feasibility studies and came up with this system which is actually helping poor.

Change doesn't come when someone get's up in the morning and suddenly issues an order .... change the uniform. Someone must educate Shobaz e ala that what he's doing is notanki...// not work.

I don't know if you have ever followed or read about any society where infrastructure and social welfare was developed and strengthened. It has worked in the same manner throughout history. First, you strengthen the capital. Once you have a fully functioning model, you implement it to small cities. Finally, the implementation is performed on the villages.
Unfortunately, this process takes more than 5 years. Malaysia did it in 20 years, which is the shortest time for development and implementation in recent recorded history. So yeah, hope PTI keeps progressing with these ideas. More importantly, I really hope that even if they lose the election in 2018, the upcoming government doesn't shut down all of the effort made by PTI.

Change extends from Central to the edges........... The same facilities will be available in all 7 MTI hospitals. BHUs are decided to be opened 24/7.....

Change always come slowly and gradually.......It is not magic.

And have you any data or info about the rest of KP or you are also one of Internet Jehadi?

This is absolutely WRONG ....
I'm the resident of KP, and I've seen modest improvement everywhere, and noticeable in Peshawar.

I dont agree that things aren't getting better in other areas as doctors are present in hospitals in remote areas too, teachers are going to schools and Patwaris system has been practically abolished all over kpk, but yes, fund allocation needs to be more on need basis. Having said that, these few hospitals in Peshawar carry the burden of whole kpk and Afghanistan, therefore they need special attention.

Ans no, that's not true that you develop major cities first. This has never been the criteria if you go through the history of all developed countries. You develop when you develop your human resource which is everywhere.

I will add on to your point that not just legislation but in KPK also they went mostly against nepotism which led them to appoint eligible and qualified people on posts. That's where we see such outcome as a fruit of positive change.
Noora brothers destroyed every institute and department based on their habit of gifting relatives and 'Safarash culture'.
I saw this video today on forum and I am surprised that Shehbaz sharif appointed a mayor of Multan based on recommendation of his relatives. That's injustice when they rob the right of able people by gifting their favorites based on nepotism. It is lethal approach but these morons will never learn.

Watch this video it will make you laugh on our qismat as a nation.
