Now since I dont know about KPK geography somto explain I will use Islamabad as example. If I implement this formula on Islamabad, NA 48 k under anay walay urban towns mei party based per PTI k logh elected while NA 49 jahan sai PPP k taji khokhar ya N k fazal chaudhry ka influence wahan sai non party based elections kerwa lo coz PP ya PML N k logo k elect hone ka imkan, thus un rural areas ko village councils mei daal ker provincial govt instemal ker k purchase kerlo and easily install Nazim in Islamabad hahahah !

Well, the full news is, the City and district level elections will be party based, but the village level elections will be non party based in KPK.. But this news portrays as if the whole elections will be non party based.
