Very important case..A convicted more than 5 years..IHC Two Judges gave bail without total removing charges against them..This is unique decision by Justice Ather..Ather competentence... eligibility will at stake in this case..Let's see what SC judges gives verdict on this case..I think it's should not go for more than two weeks or one to decide the case.. Either SC stand with Ather wrong verdicts or cancel his verdict straight way..There is no room for long arguments..
