Sorry, but Zardari was the president. If he was, as you say, 'powerless', he should have the guts to resign.

In any case, heres a small lesson in history regarding army.
1. ZAB was the poster boy of Sikander Mirza and Ayub Khan...and had full support of Yahya.
2. ZAB inherited the same dictatorial style from his military masters.
3. Benazir benefited twice in the 90s from the same establishment, on her way to power.
4. Zardari benefited from the same establishment in 2008, otherwise a person like him , the president? come on.
I need not explain Sharif family and their allegiance to the establishment over the years.

Fact is, Benazir's murder has a million questiosn attached to it. And many of them point towards Zardari..but noone in PPP has the guts to ask him those questions. And instead, are more than happy to point the finger at a convenient enemy, Musharraf.

So instead of questioning Zardari on BEnazir's murder, your response is to get personal. Well, its expected, considering the amount of humiliation and curses that have been thrown at Zardari and Sharif over the years. Its no wonder their supporters have become immune to humiliation as well.
