I am really surprised how come a retired general Hameed Gul became threat to Benazir?
But I think that shows that how much powerful pak army is ! I think they are simply good for themselves. Almost all major cities in Pakistan are divided by their cantonments.
Cantonments Look like developed world & rest of Pakistan is just 3rd world.
Why can't army develop rest of Pakistan like cantonments as they claim to be self professed patriots.
Look at the case of Karachi, Cantonment is there since inception of Pak but especially all 20-25 troubled years they were just dormant & pretended that they had no information about Karachi atrocities. I cant see a one serious or no serious effort to crush the menace developing in-front of their eyes.
Therefore Pakistan problem is corrupt ELITE & they exists every where from Military to politics, from civil bureaucracy to military bureaucracy.Now even they have taken over private sector as well.
There is no way forward unless this corrupt elite can be put to justice or made to run away.
