Shameful. Hamid Meer is openly canvassing and campaigning for PMLN.
It is not that he does not have a right to do so but hiding behind a news item and posing as neutral is wrong and unethical. He should declare that he is supporting Begum Kulsoom and then do campaigning for her, so that the viewer should judge his reports in that context. But that requires some integrity and ethics.
Hamid Meer along with Malik are fighting since long to maintain the status quo and assist the criminal classes of Pak politics - these two guys are the true lifafa journalist. Hamid Meer started his reporting career as a petty blackmailer and worst, however today he puts him among the elite of the Pak journalism. That is very sad. The rise of journalist of such ilk has harmed much the integrity of the Pak journalism
