it is all about human development. I am not sure about Bangladesh but Pakistan is far far behind where 50% children don't even go to schools. Big lot goes to Madarsas with no education and no skills. All these children sooner or later will be security risk unless money spent on ads and malta trains go into education and skills sector. Its a shame, even big majority going to colleges and universities end up studying subject with no practical implementation in their lives. Females, get education to use FB and cook for their lives. we are far far behind and not even moving forward.

I still remember my old servant used to say she migrated from BD when she heard people of Karachi waste so much food on the streets ( means they were well off).

This is just the urban sprawl of Dhaka, which is the capital. In order to entertain foreign dignitaries, a portion of the capital needs to be kept at international standards. Otherwise, lets not forget the fact that Bangladesh is the size of one province of Pakistan, and has a population more than that of entire Pakistan. Imagine the density.
