- Threatened to pass reference against Chief Justice in support of a Dictator
- Switched loyalty from PPP to PML-Q
- Paid Millions (24.9 Million) in legal fees to Malik Qayyum, Sharifuddin Pirzada, Wasim Sajjad and Khalid Ranjha
- Indecent behavior in Capital Talk
- 100s of Pakistani citizen went missing under Wasi Zafar (although Babar Awan has failed to recover any)
