Very well explained.
You can clearly see he way he speaks and replies that he is a knowledgeable and learned person.
Also his reasoning for the loss of NA1 and NA71 was quite logical and good. Although if they already had some informations regarding the loss of NA-1, why didnt they give ticket to some other strong person??
Can anyone from KPK explain this point in teh contect of Asad Umar's replies??

If PTI expects to make any inroads by next elections then they have to clone this guy and have at least couple of dozen Asad Umars ready.

Reasons for loss in NA1:
Reason:
Poor election campaign due to rift between Gul Bacha (supported by Khattak, Yusafzai etc) , while Samad Mursaleen (oldest pti worker supported by them and has a very good local stronghold due to his family)
Asad qaiser n Shaukat usafzai met Samad murasleen on the 20th asking him to sit in favour of gul bacha. Samad was offered Senator or Mayor of peshawar ticket which he rejected by asking them to convince the workers rather than him.
Asad n Shaukat insisted on settling the issue in drawing room instead of addressing the concerns of local workers.
Samad was insulted at CM secretariate by keeping him waiting in security room while IK was there and was released when IK left.
Solution: bring discipline and transparency in decision making and settle issues by listening to both parties

ASad Qaiser n KHatak couldnt campaign for him or any other guy from the top leadership because of their positions in KPK govt.
Solution: Its abt time asad qaiser n khattak decide about their dual offices
Reason:
Lack of discipline, meritocracy in awarding tickets and lack of transparency in awarding of tickets..and conflicts shud have been addressed earlier to avoid this failure.
SOlution: Ground level worker should be given the opportunity to decide (as IK always used to say)
Reason:
Gap between leadership and ground level worker. Leaders, especially elected leaders are too busy in their offices while they knew that Byelections were around the corner.
solution:they shud have been doing more cosmetic work than making policies if they wanted to win the seat

All those who were responsible for this ticket should be questioned.
Next, local body elections are to be held, the MPAs and MNAs should close the gap between themselves and the voters.
Propagate your achievements more on social media and on tv.
This is in a way good for pTI . Its an eyeopener for them.
People of KPK do not vote just like that.

Ik never came to Peshawar for thanking the locals, he always stood away.
He should have come atleast once to NA1 after the elections for thanking those who voted for him.

IK needs to change his team as soon as possible, khattak Saab needs to go, simple as that, a young energetic person needs to be put into charge. But I would prefer IK himself lead KPK, because every thing relies for PTI over there, if they can get KPK sorted out that will boost them up. People like SMQ and JH need to be put on the sidelines as well.
IK should stop screaming about change and go and do it practically in KPK, it is beginning to sound childish now. Also he should step up.and be a leader because he has the gift to lead but he concentrates too much in democratic party crap, he needs to go back to the way he was before Miners E Pakistan Jalsa, make bold nd strong decisions.

Sach karwa hota ha aur IK such bolta ha, nawaz sharif ko bongiyon k ilawa kuch aata ho to bolay, waisay i dont hate PMLN i hate its leadership, most of them, werna they also have many competent and honest leaders among their ranks too...but they are all powerless...i think the only difference between two parties is just Imran khan and his ideology on which whole party's ideology relies...Imran Khan will surely learn alot in these 5 yrs inshAllah, and if Shahbaz Sharif aik metro per Punjab sweep ker sakta ha tou dont worry KPK will be a heaven in comparison after 5 yrs and PTI will do better...with a stronger and more experienced Imran Khan...
