کہیں اسد نے وینا کی سالگرہ پر پیغامات دیئے تو کہیں اپنی زندگی کا حصہ بننے پر وینا کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔ گھومنے پھرنے گئے تو اسد نے وینا ملک اور بچوں کی تصاویر ٹویٹ کیں۔یہ سب پیغامات اور تصاویر وینا ملک خود ہی ری ٹویٹ کرتی رہیں اور دنیا پر یہ ظاہر کرتی رہیں کہ ان کی زندگی میں سب ٹھیک ہے​

No, she is taking "Khulla" from Asad. Even if she has been given three Talaq's all at once by Asad even then "Halala" was not required. You can search Dr Zakir Naik and also use common sense.
Three Talaq was= One irrevocable talaq. That was what was practised till Hazrat Umer (RA) time but was changed by Hazrat Umer (RA) bcoz there were many Talaqs at that time.

It is that after three times triple Talaq that you have made "Talaq" a joke and now "Halala" has to be done.

Where is 90 days reconciliation period written in the document ?

This is a decree from the Family Courts. Veena needs a divorce certificate. The Decree becomes active after 90 days. At which point a Divorce certificate is issued by the Arbitration Council. So in effect they have 90 days to do something about it, before the Divorce Certificate is issued.
