budget budget budget, its a waste of time.
No country meets a budget. Only Canada met budget under Paul Martin govt and the following year got in debt of $1B because of participation in the gulf war. Americans promised to pay back that amount which hasn't happened yet.
Budget is just a tool for the State Bank to determine what sorta loan to give to the tax payers for the following year. Budgets are not even worth the paper they are written on
