Panama Papers could be the turning point in pakistan's history. if raheel shareef gives danda to ECP and judiciary everything can be done legally. I am sure nawaz sharif has not declared these assets in his statement filed to the ECP.

This means he has lied in addition to avoiding taxes. If the PM of a country is evading taxes, how will he collect taxes from the public.

Therefore in light of article 62 and 63, nawaz sharif should be disqualified and declared ineligible to hold any public office.

62 and 63 are meant to take into account candidate's financials only. Not personal life. It makes absolutely no sense to check personal morality and fitness. What are they trying to do? find angels?

However, sadly enough, i believe that absolutely nothing will happen to Sharif and family in this case. It will boil over for a couple of days, and die out. NAB and FIA will claim that they have already investigated, and closed cases. Sharifs will send some loud mouths to defend them on talk shows.....there will be some other 'incident' which takes over the news channels and talk shows...and people will forget about it.
