Talat Hussain also works for establishment, his role is to come out clean of the mess because establishment knows that there is a good chance that their pawns will be exposed so he has been kept back to keep his name as a "good analyst". After all they have to play in future too and if all established names get exposed then who will do their dirty work. Establishing new names will take time :)

basically a praisathon for MR. I remember because in that interview MR announced that he will donate 75 percent of his worth to flood affectees.
