Basic infrastructure which is supporting this country was made by Gen Ayub. Free media which everyone brags to be fourth pillar of state was created by Gen called Mush. Three dictators had the best growth rate in our history! Go figure it yourself.

You forgot to give credit to the British my friend - the basic infrastructure supporting this country was built by the British!
Could you please elaborate how did Musharraf create free media? I am sure that Benazir was responsible for bringing the internet and the cellular industry in the country? We are such simpletons - these are international trends - no government can fight these trends. This is how the global village works nowadays. No one can live in isolation - I am sure that except for maybe a couple authoritarian regimes there is free media in most countries of the world.
As for the growth during the dictators' tenure, consider their sycophantic obedience to the USA and the large amounts of american and western aid flowing in as a reward for their services performed for their paymasters. Most of this so called growth (read cooked up numbers) fizzled right around the time their value to their paymasters diminished. If this growth was indigenous and sustainable then these dictators would not have been forced out, in fact disgraced just because they were of no further use for the USA.
There are military dictators and then there are Pakistani military dictators. There have been cases in the world where military dictators or even civilian rulers with autocratic tendencies ruled countries but they left their countries stronger, more confident, more respected and more prosperous. Look at the examples of Korea, Turkey, Indonesia, Malaysia etc etc. The growth was sustained and substantial - the proof is the standing of these countries in the world today.
You can extol the virtues of the military dictatorships all you want and how it benefited the nation but the bitter truth and reality is much different and it shows.
These military dictators were bereft of any vision or interest of the country at heart. They were self possessed average military men who happened to be placed in the wrong positions at the right times. Most of the politicians of note in pakistan had been the proteges or products of these military dictators and look at the mess these politicians have created in the country during the lull between the military dictatorships.
We can go on and on but the reality is that military dictatorships have not given anything to Pakistan and I am sure that given that there is no significant change in the way the military establishment and the false sense of superiority they possess the next time around will be more disastrous than before. May God save us from these clueless generals!

Should we surprise if Army take over. Neither democracy nor Army delivered anything to Pakistan. It doesn't matter who come to power. At least, there are few robbers in when Army rules than more than thousands robbers in the form of provincial and national assembly.
