Then what is the recompense for those who do that among you except disgrace in worldly life; and on the Day of Resurrection they will be sent back to the severest of punishment. And Allah is not unaware of what you do.

تو جن لوگوں کے دلوں میں (نفاق کا) مرض ہے تم ان کو دیکھو گے کہ ان میں دوڑ دوڑ کے ملے جاتے ہیں کہتے ہیں کہ ہمیں خوف ہے کہ کہیں ہم پر زمانے کی گردش نہ آجائے سو قریب ہے کہ خدا فتح بھیجے یا اپنے ہاں سے کوئی اور امر (نازل فرمائے) پھر یہ اپنے دل کی باتوں پر جو چھپایا کرتے تھے پشیمان ہو کر رہ جائیں گے

During the time of the Prophet Muhammad pbuh when the Jews and Christians were in open conflict with the Muslims, there were some Muslims who were more concerned about maintaining there alliances with the Jews and Christians at the expense of the Muslim community. The above verse is referring to such situations where Muslims with doubts in their hearts will ally themselves with the enemy.

These verses cannot be applied on the current situation in Syria. Be reminded that Countries have their national interests.
For Instance Pakistan, Saudia and most of the middle eastern countries are more pro American and often seek help from USA when in crises. Syria , Iran and other pro socialist countries are and were allies of Russia. These two blocks are prone to oppose each other in disputes.
Seeking help from USA is neither haram nor probibited in the religion. When you get sick do you note use medicines " Made in USA " Made in UK or Made in Germany? You do right? Similarly your cars are also made by non muslims but as long as they provide you service and ease there is no harm in using these......and So is the case with Foreign Relations and you can use support from your allies in your National Interest and to save lives of the Muslims. I will further eloborate :
USA helped Muslims in Bosnia ----Now would you apply your above verses here and naively reject USA's support?
USA helped Mulsims in Kosovo ----Now would you have not accepted it?
USA helped Opposition Muslims in Libya ....Benghazi was about to be eradicated by Qaddafi and USA jumped in to save its citizens from a Genocide.

Secretary of State John Kerry said during a hearing Wednesday in the House of Representatives that counties in the Arab world have offered to foot the entire bill for a U.S. military mission that destroys the Bashar al-Assad regime in Syria.
'With respect to Arab countries offering to bear costs and to assist, the answer is profoundly yes,' Kerry said. 'They have. That offer is on the table.'
Kerry, with a cadre of anti-war activists sitting behind him and holding red-painted hands aloft in protest, declined to name the countries that have proposed opening their purses.

'In fact, some of them have said that if the U.S. is prepared to go do the whole thing, the way weve done it previously in other places, theyll carry that cost. Thats how dedicated they are to this.'

Turkish soldiers already regularly patrol a long border with Syria, making that nation one of several with an interest in seeing Assad depart the region
Not helping: Assad met Sept. 1 with Alaeddin Boroujerdi (L), who chairs the Iranian Shura Council's Committee for Foreign Policy and National Security. Iran had sent senior lawmakers to Damascus as a sign of solidarity
U.S. Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen was a dogged questioner, demanding to know how much a military action in Syria would cost. It was her line of questioning that led Kerry to disclose that other nations had offered to cover the bills
Kerry quickly clarified that the Pentagon was not planning to shake a tin cup in the Middle East in the hope of collecting donations.
'Obviously, that is not in the cards and nobody is talking about it,' he said. 'But they are talking about taking seriously getting this job done.'
Kerry also closed the loop on an embarrassing episode from his Senate testimony on Tuesday, when he said he wouldn't rule out the use of ground troops if hostilities in Syria were to escalate.
'There will be no boots on the ground,' he said Wednesday.
'The president has said that again and again. And there is nothing in this authorization that should contemplate it. And, we reiterate, no boots on the ground.'
MailOnline asked three different defense and national security analysts to estimate the cost of a 90-day military action in Syria, to include at minimum small arms for anti-Assad resistance groups, missiles and armed drones launched from the Mediterranean Sea, and military flights over Syria, launched from Turkey, after weapons stockpiles and anti-aircraft positions are destroyed.
While cautioning that their estimates must not be attributed to them by name, and with a caveat expressed by one analyst that 'this is all educated guesswork,' the estimates ranged from $5 to $21 billion.
'You'd think rocket and jet fuel would be cheaper in that part of the world,' said one, 'but no such luck. This won't be a cheap mission.'
Kerry isn't saying which Arab world leader or leaders offered to pay for a U.S.-led invasion of Syria, but candidates include Sheikh Hamad ibn Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain (L), Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of Turkey (C), and President Michel Suleiman of Lebanon. Those withe the most money to spend include King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia and Emir Sabah IV Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah of Kuwait (not pictured)

'Obviously, that is not in the cards and nobody is talking about it,' he said. 'But they are talking about taking seriously getting this job done.'
Kerry also closed the loop on an embarrassing episode from his Senate testimony on Tuesday, when he said he wouldn't rule out the use of ground troops if hostilities in Syria were to escalate.
'There will be no boots on the ground,' he said Wednesday.
'The president has said that again and again. And there is nothing in this authorization that should contemplate it. And, we reiterate, no boots on the ground.'
MailOnline asked three different defense and national security analysts to estimate the cost of a 90-day military action in Syria, to include at minimum small arms for anti-Assad resistance groups, missiles and armed drones launched from the Mediterranean Sea, and military flights over Syria, launched from Turkey, after weapons stockpiles and anti-aircraft positions are destroyed.
While cautioning that their estimates must not be attributed to them by name, and with a caveat expressed by one analyst that 'this is all educated guesswork,' the estimates ranged from $5 to $21 billion.
'You'd think rocket and jet fuel would be cheaper in that part of the world,' said one, 'but no such luck. This won't be a cheap mission.'
Kerry isn't saying which Arab world leader or leaders offered to pay for a U.S.-led invasion of Syria, but candidates include Sheikh Hamad ibn Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain (L), Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of Turkey (C), and President Michel Suleiman of Lebanon. Those withe the most money to spend include King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia and Emir Sabah IV Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah of Kuwait (not pictured)

یہ تو سب ہم سب دیکھ رہے ہیں کے ایران کی دشمنی میں عرب ممالک امیکہ اور اس کے ھواریوں کا بھرپور ساتھ دے رہے ہیں پر اب تو انھوں نے ےتمام مالی تعاوں کرنے کی پیشکش کر دی ہے۔ اور جنگ کے تمام اخراجات اٹھانے کی زمہ داری لے لی ہے۔ یہ سمجھ میں نہیں آتا کے مسلمان ممالک اپنے اختلافات بات چیت سے کیوں
نہیں حل کر سکتے۔ اس ساری صورتحال سے تو صرف اسرائیل کا فائدہ ہے۔ اور کیا عرب ممالک یہ سمجھتے ہیں کے ان کی باری نہیں آئے گی۔
