Any signs of Local Body Elections in the near future?

This is the problem of all the provinces. I don't know why the hell they are not considering local body elections..

How would an MPA in the assembly would know that there is some problem in a small remote village or heck even in a nearby small town. We see corruption because funds are directly allotted to MPAs and MNAs whose real job is to make laws in the parliament.

Where are the city councils , the union councils?

An infrastructure can not be made/improved without these local bodies.. A few interchanges and a few roads don't really reflect on a million problems we have at grass root level which can only be solved by devolution of power to the union council levels.

BUT

First we have to change this collective dictatorship of some elite and corrupt families with the a single dictaorship.

The single dictator conducted Local Body Election twice only in his 8 years of rule but our beloved System ( Collective dictatorship ) is not able to conduct a single time Local Body Election in last 7 years.
