ANOTHER PETITION FILLED in SUPREME COURT AGAINST REHMAN MALIK FOR PERJURY

The original petitioner Naqavi has filled another petition against Rehman Malik in the SCP for perjury.

Details are coming out, during the hearing today, Rehman Malik submitted proof that he has renounced his British Nationality during his recent visit to the UK.

He produced copy of the RN1 form dated 29th May 2012 and not from 2008 before his election for the Senate.

Justices pointed this fact out, and even mentioned the difference in the Fees for renunciation, which in 2008 was higher and had been lowered by British authorities in recent years.

Judges of the Supreme Court has pointed out the fact that the court has been mislead continuously by Rehman Malik and his legal team.

The sentence is up to 7 years for deliberately misleading the court and for Perjury.

Please give your comments shouldn't he be sent to Jail for 7 years?
