In India if you rape a girl you will be punished. In pakistan and in many islamic countries the girl will be punished.

Where are the rapists in your country being punished?? I think you mean Muslim majority countries not Islamic ones, there is a massive difference. The rape percentage in Bharat is far higher then that in any Muslim country.
