desperate to get share in KPK govt or making hurdles in the way of developments in KPK.

Brother, these are all ordinary citizens of Pakistan with good repute in the community.

I know about those in Peshawar's hospitals but someone from Abbotabad/Hazara can comment on these nominated for Ayub teaching.

My teacher used to say, "A problem understood is half done". PTI is in the brainstorming phase, a very important phase, May God help them. Our support is always with them :)

management committees are usually non paid and its a non professional/non paid jobs.The only purpose is to monitor the Govt functionaries to bring about improvements in public owned facilities.
We otherwise know what are the conditions of Govt. hospitals mismanaged and waste of public/tax paid resources.Only other thing necessary would have been a monthly/quarterly meeting of these committees ar some other form of obtaining feed back.

i think it should not include any retired or serving govt. official .

They need experienced people so that they overlook the expenditures the funding needed and the arrangement of funds.they don't have to work themself but many arrangements may be entrusted to each on for example the running of opds whether this is properly managed arrangements for patients.
likewise the wards sufficent arrangements of beds medicines and staffing etc., when these functions are overlooked by someone who doesn't have interest in them career wise or financially improvement comes invariably.:)

we have hundreds of qualified management people
PHD candidates and so on
