Analyzing IKs demand of NS's resignation

Awrite, so I have been listening to this stupid demand forever now (seems like)...Let me write down what IK says about this demand

PM Nawaz Sharif should resign as PM and take a month or so vacation because while he is in PM seat, there CAN NOT be fair investigations regarding rigging by judicial commission.

At the same time IK and every one in PTI has mentioned many times over that you trust current supreme judiciary under Chief Justice Nasirul Mulk..(Javed Hashmi's comments give a very different color to this trust but that is not the point here)

Now after 18th amendment there was a clause where a party head is more power full than a PM to control over all MNAs of any party(that is why Zardari was president and still have absolute control over party as compare to PMs).

Keeping all this in mind, lets assume that NS resigns and goes on vacation...
his party remains the same, being a party leader he would still have all the power on his MNAs and the Judiciary that IK trust will remain the same...
so I would like to know if symbolically PM resigns, all of his party being still there and follows exact same line which they have today, how do you suggest things will be different?
Second point here is even more troublesome and scary, and you guys are lucky that there is no CJ like Iftikhar Ch. Cus when you say you do not expect fair investigations by judicial commission while PM is in its office, this is a contempt of court directly. Cus you are clearly saying that courts are puppet.

Lastly presuming that NS has a puppet SC then how does the same SC will react differently while all of the same party will still be in power and virtually unde NSs control?

I hope it makes sense for you guys as I am genuinely baffled by the really bad logical statements by IK...
Note: as it sits today from 6 demands of PTI 5.5(91.66%) are already accepted and there is a guarantee by parliament and military have been offered to see all those points are executed correctly.

All this agitation can be finish very quickly. As all the parties except PTI is on one side with government and if they pass a bill that rigging and corruption is legal from today and once a goverment formed via rigging or without rigging no one can challenge it during its term.

In my view Army is standing with Nawaz Sharif.............. ISPR ke press releases sirf logoon ko chup karanay ke sazish hai..........Mark my words, na koi resign hoga na Govt koi PTI ke baat manay ge, IK ko khali haath wapis lootna paray ga...........I dont want him to return empty handed but it seems like this is going to happen....

PTI's demand is for PM to resign as well as the election commissioner. Bring in a technocratic interim government that will oversee free and fair elections. If PM was to stay in place while new elections are conducted there is no trust in the current PM to not interfere. According to PTI under the technocratic government, PMLN will have no power. The entire parliment will become neutral and all existing members dismissed. (Zardari's greatest worry). The technocratic leadership will be appointed by the SC Judges.
This has created a constitutional deadlock, according to Pakistani constitution an interim goverment cannot make any changes ie. electoral reforms or modify the constitution. Pakistani constitution is setup in such a way that it does not even allow anyone to seek the PM's resignation.
However PTI's rebuttal is under the constitution the election was clearly rigged therefore the current PM is not legitimate. The election should be conducted according to previously agreed upon electoral reforms promised under Zardari's era which the election commission failed to follow.

To answer your question simply, without seeking the PM's resignation, there is a constitutional deadlock whereby even if Nawaz's promises to agree to all other demands. Nawaz can easily categorize PTI's demands as unconstitutional and continue as is.

Question #2:
Cus when you say you do not expect fair investigations by judicial commission while PM is in its office, this is a contempt of court directly. Cus you are clearly saying that courts are puppet.
Imran Khan has not clearly made such a statement, I do agree PTI needs to be careful here and not make any statements that can be categorized as "Contempt of Court". FOr your statement to hold more weight, if PTI demanded the judicial commission/SC judges to be reappointed then I would agree. But as per my response to the previous question resignation of PM is the only legal constitutional avenue that PTI has to meet their demands. Otherwise all other demands are simply null and void.

I don't want IKs 5 points be gone un attended as well...Any good thing has to be part of our system so that masses can benefit...But IK has to leave now

Paaji ek dafa resign ker diya to fir wapis nahi ane diya jae ga. Audit hoga aur noora full nanga ho jaye ka and cannot with any authority resume office after being proven a fraud. If this happens while he is still PM, you know how shameless the shariffs are, even after killing and injuring so many people Showbaz has not resigned you think No-awaz will resign even after rigging is 100% proved.

Once No-awaz is no more and mid term elections are announced it will be a very strong message that even the biggest noora jaise baghwan bhi gir sakta hai to aap chotay chotay nooray kya hai, aur is dafa rigging ke koshish be ki to chittar vajne hai

Sometimes Imrans demand very innocent or childish but there is a huge strategy behind it, just like when he announced open only 4 halqas. On the outside it looked like a very small and reasonable demand but the strategy behind it was sheer genius. Lamba run up le ke, slow ball and clean bold ! ;)

His problem is not with the judiciary but with the investigation authority which can be bought or scarred by the Shareefs, that is the reason for resignation.
