Noble words of CJI...... to the extent..... for tactical cases only, still appreciated though.
However, when it comes to strategic cases..... case in point.... article 370 on Kashmir, unilaterally abrogated by the Indian President against all norms of International treaties then the noble words do not apply there. He sided with the government and upheld it.

Qazi Isa couldn't stay on the path of law and justice, when his own case was heard. How can he provide justice to common people, when he has declared himself above the law, unquestionable and unanswerable!
