Normally I have disagreements with many of his biased views but I can't disagree with much what Mr. Mateen said this time. PM's address should start with national anthem, and should be clear of any technical mistakes. Someone must look into PTV as this is not the first time this has happened to PM's address aired by PTV. either they are incompetent or doing it deliberately, this is the most important address of the PM, not just Pakistanis but the entire world must have watched this, and there should have been serious preparations for this event by PTV.
