Punjab University must be given fund to do research for the root cause of corruption
Why so renowned Generals, Judges, players and politicians from that land end up in world class corruption.
Research should be
1. Genetic analysis
2. Historical analysis
3. Social analysis
So they can make a vaccine against corruption/ genetic engineering
Mandatory vaccination under 12 years like EPI all over Punjab
Genetic engineering to all adults of Punjab

Place where I live "Medical billing fraud" is very common crime. People who commit this crime have MOSTLY two common characteristic:

1) They pray 5 times a day in Masjid.
2) They all have long beard.

Go read between the lines yourself.

Saleem Lifafi is talking as if the whole PCB is preaching Tableegh, there is little influence from tableegh people nowadays. Previously in 2004, Inzi and Saeed anwar did some work but it's impact was still limited.
Current team has no players who are active in Tableegh like Saeed anwar.
Again, tableegh work is not like a Energy Pill that you can take and it will trasform you. Tableegh can make you start praying salat and roza but to acquire good "Ikhlaq" and be true Momin in dealings is the next level which needs a big inner reform which most people never get to.

i also know a lot of police men who are all corrupt to the core, they are all clean shaved. Most corrupt in the world are clean shaved.
Tableegh work can make you start praying salat and roza but to change your inner self to better Ikhlaq and Ikhlas, make your dealings in honesty takes a long time to build.

I agree with you 100%, but issue is about "Zahir and Batin". Expectations are high with people who pray 5 time a day in Masjid.
