We posted the following video last night on our forum and facebook page

The accused pharmacy has responded back. I think it is fair to share what they have to say on the issue.

I can say with authenticity what Pharmacy Dr is stating in the message is just to try to divert the real issue by portraying that the customer did not purchase the medicine from this pharmacy. Now purchase may not have gone through BUT the product number will tell where this was made ,when it was made and which pharmacy purchased it. Easily traceable.
The Dr in my opinion is most likely a Pharmacist and not an MD/MBBS.

Really? If the customer had bought the medicine from somewhere else then the pharmacists in the video would clearly have rejected the customer's claim.

What a lame excuse by the pharmacy instead of apologizing and taking action against the people involved..

these pharmacies should understand the seriousness of their work, a few years back a (different) pharmacy gave wrong tablets to my relative and his condition worsened because of their negligence. this is serious stuff you can not have expired things sitting on your shelfs and you should check expiry dates before giving the medicines to the customers

Such a shameful response by these pathetic so called BIG NAMES. You are big, like Hamdard, only when you take care of your customers, rather than bringing lame excuses and showing arrogance and threatening to use cyber crime bill.

She seems to be a 'fake doctor' as is evident from her poor written expression, teeming with silly mistakes. She's trying to 'threaten' people by quoting the ' cyber crime law' which is the newly-born 'illegitimate baby' of noora govt.

What an excuse...?wah wah. Doctor sahiba tera maatha choomnay ku dil karta hay.

All the people in the shop are silent on the protest and allegation of the customer and this so called dumb dr says that he had no receipt. Were these ppl statues in the form of salemen who couln't refute the allegation?

1- The customer showed a prescription where upon he was handed the injection which he inspected and found to be expired. Why then will anyone purchase an expired ampule ?
2- The customer confronted the staff and made the video in which other on the spot customers also volunteered to be witness to this incident.
3- Pharmacy should apologize and ensure this does not happen again instead or trying to use this so called Dr to but a spin on the issue ...
Shame on FAZAL DIN PHARMACY

Everyday occurrence in Pakistan.

People import expired med from China by containers, then repack & sell openly.

Authorities and morals are dead.

There are no oversight or strict regulation of Pharmacies in Pakistan. Just like every other man in Pakistan - this too is filled with corruption. Good show. Chor awaam ko Chor dawa hi di gaee hai. This is why if you want to live a decent life on this Planet, try to escape the hell that is Pakistan.
