After Pakistan Medical Association offered full support to the doctors ,Medical Teachers Association have given a 24 hr ultimatum to Punjab Govt to release all doctors and come on table for negotiations..If not MTA will call for strike and from tomoroow no Medical College of Punjab will be opened and total strike will be observed in all medical colleges

LAHORE: At least seven patients lost lives across Punjab when the doctors on duty deliberately left them in the lurch to show solidarity with Young Doctors Association (YDA) leaders arrested in Lahore, Geo News reported.
Details have it that in Faisalabad's Allied Hospital five patients including a minor girl and two women died of negligence on part of young doctors, who were busy staging a strike in the wake of a crackdown on YDA members instead of looking after the critical ones.
Whereas two including a baby also died in Lahore as no doctor was around to take care of it.
According to sources, young doctors serving in Faisalabad’s Civil Hospital also gave up on their duties as a protest against the apprehension of their Lahori associates.
Sources also added that owing to the absence of doctors some young patients were in critical condition in the Allied Hospital’s children’s ward.

Issues are not resolved like this. Good that they are having negotiations.

If it is correct then this issue might become even more complicated.

I personally have some doctors in my family and when you listen to their demands I think they are very much justified but still I have questions about their way of promoting their demands.

Negotiations is the best possible solution rather than Police terror by Punjab Govt. or long strikes.

doctors ne kahiraatyaa kaam nahee shuru kya hai.... its their profession.. and in every profession there are demands for teh services.... CM is acting like a maula jutt of lollywood filllammmm....
