Ch Shujat did and blamed Kyani for rigging. Why they dont blame someone who is still on his job rather than attacking those who are retired and legally can not answer his bakwas. Under Pakistani law any retire officer can not take part in politics or answer people within two years. Kyani, CJ will talk and talk a lot after completing their two years and they will ask idiot khan to show a single evidence against them.
