What KP municipal model has delivered ? PTI government in KPK announced that they will give 30% provincial budget to municipal government, have they fulfilled their promise? I don't know how much they have provided but nothing visible on ground. In KPK municipal model 47,000 local representatives were elected if I remember correctly; if money goes to so many hands, what they will built. This entire money will go to corruption as everyone will take their share and there will be not be even tube lights in streets for public.
