Abbottabad student commits suicide over ill-treatment of teachers

ABBOTTABAD: A 14-year-old student took his life over ill-treatment of teachers and hostel life in Abbottabad on Monday.

Abdul Mubin, student of Grade VII, returned home on weekend from hostel of International Public School and College and committed suicide later in the night.

Before taking his life, he wrote a letter to his parents, expressing his frustration over hostel life and treatment of teachers in the school.

The student complained that he was penalized for speaking Urdu in the class.

He also requested his parents not to send his sisters to hostel.

The deceased was laid to rest in his native village after funeral prayers.

Speaking to reporters, student’s father said cruel school teachers had killed his son.

He called upon Chief Justice of Pakistan to take action against the school teachers. SAMAA

Take more time with your children and make discussions with them. Be like a friend with your child and not always like a symbolic father. Children must trust to discuss these topics with parents before they do acts like this one and trust can only come if you make the distance short between you and your child.

Sure the investigations must start now and all responsibles should be brought to justice.

May Allah give patience to his parents and forgive this innocent child and enter him in Jannat. Amin.

Parents should realize that education is important but grades are not, too much pressure on children will lead to such incidents. We discriminate children on the basis of their educational grades which is sewer immorality.

You know who i blame his death on? I think foremost is his bloody sicko teacher who abused the students.

Secondly his parents for not listening to him when he didnot want to go to hostel.parents think they are always right.Things have changed.Some children and people are very sensitive and should be attended to. Finally his bloody class mates for ignoring him all the time

ان بچوں کے ساتھ کتنی زیادتی ہے جب وہ پیدہ ہوتے ہیں تو اپنی ماں سے مادری زبان سیکھتے ہیں پھر اردو سیکھنی پڑتی ہے اس کے بعد انگریزی جبکہ پاکستان کے آئین میں یہ لکھا تھا کہ انگریزی کو بدتریج ختم کیا جائیگا جو کہ نہ ہوسکا اور اب ہمارے سیاستدان اردو کو بھی ختم کررہے ہیں

aaj kal k movies or dramey dekh k bacho ki zehniat bhi aesi hogai..

is agey mey hamey maarey parti or kya kya hota... or ham phr bhi lagey hotey.. koi parwa he nahi hoti...

parents should start to give attention to the material going in to their child's immature brain...

i see most parents watch darams with their kids together... parents shud know wat is for adults should never be given to kids...
