Javed Miandad sahab is Negating his own self by saying "Coach toh bahar beta hota hai, oski kiya zimedari hoti hai". Few days ago he said "The responsibility lies solely on the coach, and when I was coach I used to give full plan to the baller, and that it is Coach's duty to decide the batting order and change it accordingly."

Secondly I slightly disagree with his second logic. This logic might mean Every loosing team should sack their Cricketers, and bring in new ones? and then sack them again if they don't Win..
Cricketers pay go up and down based on their performance, so its obvious to them that they should perform well. Winning and loosing is part of game and they should be given few chances before deciding upon their final fate. In fact their should be a mechanism to take them in or sack them temporarily(sending them to practice and prove their worth for a comeback) etc..
