Pakistan is for pseudo liberals and extremists. Make a committee with practical powers comprising elderly woman and man of good repute and they should have the right to call police but as a last resort.
At 37:00 where does the ayat says "Mood". Jibran is distorting the ayat just like maulvis distort them for their own benefit.
Surah Nisa; Ayat 34:
الرجال قوامون على النساء بما فضل الله بعضهم على بعض وبما انفقوا من اموالهم فالصالحات قانتات حافظات للغيب بما حفظ الله واللاتي تخافون نشوزهن فعظوهن واهجروهن في المضاجع واضربوهن فان اطعنكم فلا تبغوا عليهن سبيلا ان الله كان عليا كبيرا
Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend [for maintenance] from their wealth. So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband's] absence what Allah would have them guard. But those [wives] from whom you fear arrogance - [first] advise them; [then if they persist], forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them. But if they obey you [once more], seek no means against them. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted and Grand.
Jibran its not "mood" its guarding in the husband's absence.
According to this ayat : Husband finds wife having an affair
1) He should advise her.
2) Should forsake her in bed.
3) Even then if she is still promiscuous and is hell bound on destroying family then still he should strike her.
