He is absapurely right . I have been lifting weights from last 15 years . I'm fit ,strong and healthy . I have big muscles too but I'm no where near Amir's physique . The reason for that is I take normal food and I don't take steroids or fat reducing pills.

This guy has missed one thing . Amir has taken steroids to enlarge his muscles but he has taken fat reducing pills too .These pills can a fat man slim in just few months without going to gym .

imran is a natural athlete . He lift ligt weights and runs a lot . I must say he is the most fit natural athlete in the history . At age of 64 all the top athletes like maradona ,peley,mohd ali ,Arnold and slyvestor stollone are in healthy and ill but imran is still going strong . .
