What is the need for number plates when it's a ready made buissness for crime and corruption. It's taken two years to identify the problem, the politicians who head these ministries are directly or indirectly beneficiaries of this corruption and the contribution they are making to terrorism.
IIF THE HEAD OF A BODY IS SICK THE REST OF THE BODY SUFFERS FROM THIS SICKNESS AND EVENTUALLY THE BODY CEASES TO WORK AND BECOMES DISABLED AND A DISABLED COUNTRY BECOMES RELIANT ON CHARITY
