Strange that NS is the only PM in history to be credited with pressing the trigger. There are several other Nuke armed countries............ Can ANYONE name the PM's of those countries when they became Nuke powers ? I doubt it. But yet for Noonies it is some great achievement that NS was PM when Pakistan already had Nuke capability and he happened to be PM when Pakistan had no choice but to respond to India declaring itself Nuke Capable ?
