what if we sacrifice fazl u rehman to save southren punjab from wrath???what do u say?
No one is against all Dams. They are against just one Dam i.e. Kala Bagh Dam.Those who are against dams should be sacrificed.

Are you against Kala Bagh Dam or are you against the hardships caused by this dam to three smaller provinces. Instead of throwing baby out with the bath water, we must address real issues caused by this dam.
There is lot of mistrust amongst four provinces. The three smaller provinces do not trust one larger province, Punjab, for which all of us are suffering. We must have an open, rational dialogue on this issue and must come to some reasonable solution. We just cannot put off this project forever.
Since we don't have enough dams to store water, India always use this excuse to steal our water, and international community buys India's argument and does not support us on this matter.
I think Punjab will have to play a key and more generous role in this issue to remove all the qualms of smaller provinces. I don't know how it will be done, but somehow Punjab will have to ensure smaller provinces that they will get their fair share of water and will have to remove other apprehensions also. If we cannot accomplish that, all our water and electricity problems will be over, otherwise things will be very difficult in future.
Yes , I am 100% against Kala Bagh Dam.Are you against Kala Bagh Dam or are you against the hardships caused by this dam to three smaller provinces. Instead of throwing baby out with the bath water, we must address real issues caused by this dam.

There are many reasons for that, technical, political and social. If I narrate them here, another conflict will start among us and I want to avoid any confrontation in this volatile situation and especially in the holy month. Leave it for some other time but this is for sure we need to build dams but NO Kala Bagh Dam.
MQM will never support Kala Bagh Dam. Their voters always pay the electricity bill. Only illegal residents don't pay.
Political and social issues are not hogwash, they are as vulnerable as technical. Please tell us the technical reasons only ==== political and social issues are mere hogwash

I think, social, political, technical and ecological, all issues are very important and should be dealt with extreme prudence. It will be very callous of us if we just ignore them as hogwash. It is a very touchy issue and it must be dealt with accordingly without wasting more time. I am sure this problem can be resolved to everyone's satisfaction.
No need to give any excuse to Indians. There is an immense need to minimize the trust deficit between the provinces. I am again saying new dams are inevitable but not Kala Bagh Dam.Alright then give Indians an excuse to tap our waters in Kashmir , because our impotent nation will be bogged down in dealing with domestic political and social issues. A brutal stick of an Englishman would have tamed us as nation otherwise we are an aimless herd of a nation. I remember the stories of Mullahs of our district inciting for Jehad against the British for laying of railroads across the subcontinent. But GORAS did that by force and now no one condemns them in retrospect. Instead we find an element of gratitude.
