This man with no postgraduate advance degree in law is to become next CJ , of Pakistan . This might not happen as ground situation is Pakistan is changing rapidly



Justice Saqib Nisar to take oath as chief justice on Dec 31

President Mamnoon Hussain announced Wednesday the appointment of Justice Saqib Nisar as chief justice of Pakistan (CJP) starting Dec 31.


Current CJP Anwar Zaheer Jamali is set to retire by the end of the year. Justice Jamali served the at the post for 15 months since his appointment in September 2015.


Justice Mian Saqib Nisar was born on January 18, 1954 in Lahore and obtained an undergraduate degree in law from University of Punjab.


He practices in civil, commercial, tax and constitutional law and currently serves as a Judge in the Supreme Court of Pakistan.


In 1982, Justice Nisar became an advocate of the High Court and advocate of the Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan in 1994. He was then elevated as the Judge of the High Court on in 1998 and of the Supreme Court of Pakistan in 2010.


Nisar has also worked as a part-time lecturer at Punjab Law College and Pakistan College of Law, where he taught Civil Procedure Code and the Constitution.

Justice Saqib Nissar was senior most at the bench at this time. If govt had selected one from junior judges, can you imagin kis tarah ka toofan aana that. Especialy when Panama case is going on.
Khuda ke liye apni shetaani hurkaton ko lugaam do yar aap log.

A deeply political and biased person he is , a very wrong man for post of chief justice of Pakistan . where is siraj ul Haq , why has not protested in opening of wine shop decision .I some solid persons were at helms of religious parties of Pakistan , they would have forced this justice to resign perforce.

His crimes do not extent to just bias , he is lobbyist not a justice and there are numerous cases where he did not fullfil even basic requirements of law.

It is better to make a monkey a Chief justice , atleast there is even chance of both parties to the conflict ???.

Seniority is nothing if it is filled by crimes against weak .
