Yes We are working very hard to resolve CWG issues and we will overcome this crises very soon. We can at least organize this kind of even. Where is Pakistan Today? Can you even imagine in your wildest dream to invite Afghanistan to play one cricket match..?? Reply ASAP

And you would be please to know that there's more indians speaking english than Canada, UK & Australia combined.

So what if there are more Indian's speaking English then anywhere else?.The ability to speak English does not equal intelligence...most Chinese people hardly speak a word of English yet look at their economy!!.You don't question the inability of westerners to speak any subcontinental language because you suffer from a western complex!.By the way understanding a few words in English does not make one an English speaker morever look at your population, combined it exceeds Canada,UK and Australia. It's quality not quantity that counts...

My reply is to the quasi-racial remark made by gazoomartian which implied that indians can't read english. So i felt it fitting to remind him that indians who speak english well is equivalent to the full population of pakistan.

Where is the proof that India was involved in attack on Srilankan players. Nobody believes that a secular and democratic country like India would do such a thing not even srilankans. This is just a propogan.da by people like zahil hamid etc for internal consumption. Regarding CWG, its a shame, it shows the lake of management , red tape and corruption which should be thoroughly investigated. However there is a slim chance that india might pull it off. There is one more danger that some ter.rorist would try to sabotage the event. Hopefully Indian government is prepared.

well you seem to understand what i've said so far and i am a byproduct of indian education system so i hope that answers your question.
Well, that is the problem, output of your system believe that they have been understood. Have you asked the same question to poor English speaking people? You will get your answe from there. Just for example, "Three" has indian call centre and that is what gorey think about your english speaking skills

Complaint about Complaints

I find it hard to believe that 3G dont actually have a complaints department.
It made me laugh when i was first told by the super helpful Indian Call Centre.

They also made me laugh when they told me they can no longer help me with my query simply because they didnt know what to do.

All i wanted to do was explain get a 90 refund for calls made when i lost my phone.
All i got was someone that couldnt do anything but read from a script and have no personal judgement on the case in hand.

After trying to explain that re-imbursing 90 would be the equivelant to a 2 months contract charge for me, and would be better than losing me as a customer i gave up and sent a calculator in the post direct to India.

In the end i was told to look on the website and see if i could send an email instead. (Although this will probably get sent to the Customer Service Dept in India). :-(

Well im all moaned out about 3 and im just glad i havent had to call them for any other problems because i dont think i would keep my sanity.

Bring the call centre back to the UK i say, where they atleast understand the UK business culture and the value of money within business.

For ref, i have attempted to send a mail to all the listed contacts in 'avinalaughs' notes so will see what comes of that. Probably nothing but I think i would gladly pay the 90 to not have to speak to them again.

And there is another one

Well I've been with 3 since February now and everytime I ring up customer services they are really unhelpful arrogant and hang up on me!!!! .... I constantly go through to INDIA and find it difficult to understand what they are saying and they find it hard to try explaining things to me and end up hanging up on me!!!!

I spoke to "so called" Customer services yesterday as my phone isnt working properly ... the indian guy was saying he couldnt help me I needed to get in touch with the place I purchased the phone from but I would probably have to send my phone off for repair ... on asking if I would receive a replacement phone I was told in no uncertain terms "NO" ... I as you can imagine was well P***ed off and told him so .. which resulted in yet another hang up ... on ringing the company I took the contract out with they told me it is down to customer services and I should have a replacement phone  ... Oh Joy looks like another phone call to India the land where no-one wants to know.....

Why the hell cant I get through to the Glasgow call centre!!!!

A very unhappy Devildoll :(

And these are just two cases. There are special forums created for these purposes. I can quote you all the sources, if you are still persisting.

Sakayani, Call centres in india is a 14 billion dollar industry. If bad customer service was as widespread as you are suggesting, then it wouldn't have to grown to such a size.

That was a good one. They have to play the home series at neutral venues and are crying foul that cricket world cup was taken out of pakistan.

It is mainly due to cheap labour supplied. When something is cheap, quality is compromised.

No Sakayani, you are dead wrong. It is mainly so because it is efficient. Efficiency is the driving force behind every business decision. You would be pleased to know that pakistan is trying to emulate the success india has had with outsourcing and particularly in call centres and they have made decent progress in that regard.
