All this proves that so called democracy had not in the past and still isn't working in Pakistan.
1: We have largest pool of disproportionately ignorant & illiterate people in the world at the moment at no fault of themselves.
For this very reason they do not understand the complexities of the ballet box which is highly advantageous for rottenly rich and powerful political Mafia such as Noora & Zardari and others religious and tribal too .
2: Massive size are semi illiterate too who are semi skilled or no skills at all.
A huge chunk are employed or fitted in government institutes.having a poor back grounds these employees become impressed,or intimidated by their superiors to carry out wrong doings and dirty work on their behalf's.
Unfortunate Pakistan.
