Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police has appointed highly qualified specialists from across the country to deliver the lecture to the participants in these schools.
KP Police is the most accountable where postings, transfers, and promotions have been linked with performance.
Operational Command Course for mid-level police officers, inspectors, sub-inspectors and assistant sub-inspectors, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has improved their counter-terrorism capabilities and confidence in tackling emergencies.
The number of officers:
The force has about 20,000 mid-level officers, all of whom will eventually take the Operational Command Course, according to officials.
The training course has proved to be a milestone in the history of the KP Police.
The Training being Mandatory
The course is mandatory for all upper subordinates serving in the field, which will substantially increase the force’s capacity to fight terrorism and crime.

- Police School of Tactics, Peshawar (established on Aug 18, 2015)
- Police School of Information Technology, Peshawar (established on Sep 8, 2015)
- Police School of Traffic Management, Kohat (established in 2017)
