یہ سب دیکھنے ، سننے کے بعد تو یہی لگتا ہے کہ پاکستان میں بسنے والی عوام میں ایماندار بندہ بالکل مس۔ فِٹ ہے
اسد عمر بیچارہ بالکل ٹھیک کہہ رہا ہے، لیکن اصل چوری چھ سو ارب کی نہیں بلکہ 2012 میں یہ ڈاکہ ساڑھے پچیس سو ارب سالانہ (2550 ،ارب)کا تھا

ٹیکس ایمنسٹی اسکیم فنانشل این آر او اور غیر قانونی ہے ، 70فیصد ارکان اسمبلی گوشوارے جمع نہیں کراتے ، اسمبلی کی نشست کے امیدوار کے لیے 5سالہ ریکارڈ لازمی قرار دینے کی تجویز ہے۔
نیٹو کنٹینر اسکینڈل انکشاف کے بعد ہر ماہ ایک ارب ڈیوٹی ملنے لگی، نجی ٹی وی کو انٹرویو میں شعیب سڈل نے کہا کہ پارلیمنٹ کے 70 فیصد اراکین اپنے ٹیکس گوشوارے جمع ہی نہیں کراتے،انھوں نے امیدواروں کے جمع کرائے گئے بیان حلفی میں یہ تجویز قرار دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ امیدواروں کوچاہیے کہ وہ درخواست دیتے وقت گوشواروں کا حلفیہ پانچ سالہ ریکارڈ جمع کرائیں، انھوں نے کہا کہ بڑے بڑے ٹیکس چوروں کے خلاف کارروائی ہونی چاہیے۔

If Asad Umer is right, then he should go to court with all the evidence. I know about everyone else, but I am getting tired of this BS corruption stories that go nowhere. If you come and tell me that such and such person is corrupt, then bring a judgement from court, don't waste our time on TV.

Asar Umer was quoting the then finance minister, Shaukat Tareen.
What proofs would Asad take to court? That Shaukat Tareen said so?
Then he should ask Shaukat Tareen these question. And btw, what Asad Umer was saying has nothing to do with the corruption cases against Zardari. PTI and Imran khan should apologized to Zaradari for calling him names.
Tau ab takh Zardari ki aap logon nein badi izzat afzai nahin ki kiya?

Apologize to Zardari? for what?
1) Swiss courts convicted him and his wife in money laundering and kickbacks case. (Just because sold out courts of Pakistan declared him innocent doesnt mean squat)
2) Remember Surrey Mansion? The discovery? the denial? the admittance?
3) If hes so innocent, he should have no issues laying out the source of those $60 million.
4) What Asad Umer was saying was about corruption that happened during Zardari's tenure as president. You mean the 600 billion corruption was happening behind Zardaris back?
I don't know if swiss courts convicted him, cuz from what I hear is that swiss court gave a conviction of him not being present on the court which he couldn't because he was already in jail. About his $60 million, don't know whether he even has that much because the PPP denies having them. Plus if you think he is corrupt, then you shouldn't have problem proving that in the court.

Benazir and Zardari were convicted in swiss courts in absentia. Yes, zardari was in jail at the time, but Benazir wasnt. She could have attended, but she didnt, because there was a warrant out for her arrest. The verdict was set aside when BB and AZ appealed through their lawyer, and then didnt show up for the appeal either. Later on, thanks to the NRO, the case was dropped.
PPP doesnt have to accept or deny the $60 mill. The figure was released by the swiss AG, not PPP. The money was frozen while the case was on, and was unfrozen after the NRO. But Zardari was never able to tell where the money came from. Govt leads and swiss leads clearly pointed the money to being from kickbacks from cotecna. And that is something that can only be pursued by the Pak govt or swiss courts. Pak govts have already refused to proceed with it. SO what can a common citizen do?
Again, you should go and make these arguments in our court. You should present the swiss judgment in court, present all these evidence. That's how it works where you live, that's how it works where I live, and that's how it should work in Pakistan. I can't defend or convict people on a internet forum.
