Don't be fooled by these reports. ISI was named the No.1 secret agency in Time magazine as well. Is there any vital installation left in Pakistan which has not been attacked by TTP and BlackWater. ISI is unable to detect and root-out TTP and Blackwater within Pakistan. These failures act as lessons to improve our ability to counter these evil forces. Don't be complacent on such report.
