Rs. 50000 per month even to a house hold comes to around 14.5 billion US Dollars per month and 1.74 trillion US Dollars per year. It is almost 39% of 4.47 trillion dollars USA's 2018-19 Fiscal Budget .

This calculation is based on the conversion rate of Inter-bank dollar rate of Rs. 115 per US Dollar. And today's rate is Rs. 129.13 per US Dollar, so multiply the figure with 129.13 instead of 115. And that would be around 40% of US budget.
