اللہ تعالٰی کا فرمان ہے جو یہاں عقل کے اندھے ہیں وہ وہاب بھی اندھے ہی ہوں گے ۔
یعنی جنکو یہاں روشنی نظر نہیں آئی آگے بھی نہیں آئے گی ۔

google the definition of faith. It means believing things without any logic or evidence. Same reason Hindus believe in their religion as Christians and Jews believe in theirs, with no logic or reason.

The world cannot run on faith. If you go to a surgeon will you want to be his patient if evidence (Xrays) is not important to him because he believes you do not have a flu you have a cancer in your leg and he believes in it just because of his faith in that idea.

If you go to Israel and America, God is Yahwe, if you go to India its Ganesh, if you go to Africa its the great ape on the top of the mountain. But no matter where you go e will always be equal to mc squared. Faith is not a way to no the truth, the only way you can know the truth is by studying nature and using evidence to reach conclusion.

People who use faith to know the truth make the conclusion first then find evidence to support their evidence. This is why we are so behind.

Bro, that is the famous teleological argument called watch makers fallacy, its the same beaten down fallacious argument being used since hundreds of years in different forms, sometimes in the form of a watch, sometimes lego etc etc... They even came up with an iphone version of the same fallacious argument that I posted below.

Im not arguing that it wont make you feel good or it wont make you happy or it wont give you a peace of mind. Im saying that just because it makes you feel good, does not make it truth. Faith means believing in something without evidence, whether it is Ganesh or Bhagwan.

Funny part is majority have no clue what faith actually means. There is a saying that if you repeat something enough times it becomes the truth. In our society it keeps getting repeated that faith is a good thing without telling anyone what it actually means.

The definition is: Believing in something without any proof or evidence. Which is the same thing as gullibility.

What's actually funny is how Atheists think more about God than people who believe. I have seen this time and time again over the years on many different forums and platforms and I am seriously curious, if you claim to be an Atheist, then what's the point of lurking here? If you come here for answers, then listen and try to understand without prejudice and if you just come here to mock and recruit people to your way of thinking, then what makes you any better than the so-called "fanatics" you claim to stand against?

The argument is that people should not believe things on faith but rather believe based on evidence. Because faith means believing in something without proof or evidence. If you believe in something based on faith it means you are gullible.

If you are threatening me that something bad is going to happen to me because I do not share your belief. What is your evidence for it?

This is the same thing as saying, hey if you do not give me all your money, there is an invisible man standing behind you and he will stab you with a knife, so hurry give me all your money or he will stab you.

This is the 21st century not the 14th century, you cannot convince people by threatening them you have to provide logical arguments.
